  • Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts
    • L.L.M.

Gail Balser received her JD from Suffolk University and her LLM from Boston University.

Texas Instruments cancer victims are especially important to her because her father dedicated his entire career to Metals and Controls Corp and Texas Instruments. He was an active member of the Attleboro community and he lived and worked in Attleboro his whole life. Her father, Charles Balser, was also a cancer victim who was diagnosed with cancer within a year of his retirement from Texas Instruments.

Gail Balser is accessible and responsive to all Texas Instruments families and victims. She is expertly and passionately providing the backdrop to ensure these families receive the justice they deserve. Texas Instruments has not accepted responsibility for the harm they caused in the Attleboro community. It is Gail Balser’s goal to help individuals file a claim and not only recover the compensation that is due to them but to get TI to accept full responsibility for the damage they have caused to the community. She understands the claim process and completes the petition for the family when necessary to help maximize the recovery the family will receive. Gail Balser is aware that the process can sometimes be both stressful and overwhelming for families. She works with all families to help them overcome any difficulties or confusion that they may have run into when submitting a claim for payment. Gail Balser fights for each of the claimants’ rights to ensure they get the justice they deserve. Gail Balser is also available to conduct group meetings and workshops for claimants, advocates, consultants, and the public in order to help everyone gain a better understanding of the claim process and each family’s options as they proceed. Contact her to talk about your loved one’s case. It is your first step to getting a fair outcome and resolution.
